I decided to make this 2nd edition character generator after searching online and not finding anything to my liking. It's an Excel (.xlsx) document, so it's tiny (64 KB) and damned near anyone should be able to use it. It's extremely detailed, leaving nothing I could think of out. I've made it as simple to use as possible.
Simply roll your stats, enter them, choose your Race, Class, and character level. The generator takes care of everything else. No more flipping back and forth checking which races and classes are allowed with the stats you've rolled. No more waiting for buddy across the table to figure out his multi-classed character's hitpoints are. I've put tons of time into this, and I'm pretty happy with it.
I'd like for others to give it a try and see if it helps them out. I'm always open for feedback, good or bad.

Mame32 v 0 87 google. 2e is very strict about a Paladin losing everything and becoming a fighter of equal level if he doesn't stick to his code of ethics - not saying it can't be done, but it's definitely going to be house rules. As far as this generator being able to help with that? It'll give you the basic stats and abilities of a Paladin so that should at least give you a leaping off point.
