If a virtual machine is being managed by VMware Site Recovery Manager 6.1.1 or earlier, avoid installing or upgrading VMware Tools to version 10.1.0. This compatibility requirement is also applicable to open-vm-tools 10.1.0 packaged by various Linux distributions.
