I have ps1, ps2, ps3, psp and vita and have been a member of ps+ for years. and had intended to purchase ps4. Unbelievable arrogance to simply say 'you were just really unlucky' not even an offer to refund cost of ps+. Nevermind any other offer of compensation. This was a MANDATORY sys update. YOU SONY have cost me time and money, YOU forced this update on your members and YOU should break your back to put it right instead of ducking! I thought FIFA were greedy and arrogant. No multi-national company should cause a problem then simply say nevermind you should feel deeply ashamed. I will be informing all members of my friends list and anyone else who will listen just how inconsiderate you are toward your members.

I start it in Safe Mode and try to restore default settings, restore file system or rebuild database and it just sits there, saying 'Preparing.Please Wait'. I left it for 6 hours and STILL no progress!
Now I'm gonna have to contact customer support and send it in for repairs simply because an update broke the system even more than it previously was.
